About Equal Frame
Equal Frame Film Festival is a student-led film festival that celebrates student filmmakers who are telling stories about fairness, opportunity, identity, and representation. We believe film has the power to challenge assumptions, amplify unheard voices, and spark meaningful conversations. Equal Frame exists to give young storytellers a platform to share their perspectives and shift the frame on issues that matter.

Why This Festival Matters
Young people are experiencing and observing important social issues in real time, yet their perspectives are not always heard in larger conversations.
Equal Frame Film Festival was created to give students a platform to explore issues like equality, opportunity, identity, and representation through storytelling.
By showcasing student-created films, the festival encourages thoughtful dialogue, creativity, and community engagement while empowering young storytellers to share their voices.
